To continue our push onto new steps for mankind, Phase 1 is dedicated to the gathering of 1,000 Who-men to lead the way. Each individually crafted to serve their purpose on the front lines of invention, every Who-man receives voting privileges for the civilization’s development. The Who-men begin their fabled journey of Conceptualization. As a collaborative effort within the entire civilization, we will design and construct a new invention for the rest of the human race to utilize. This will mark the first ever invention-driven DAO- Decentralized autonomous organization with the shared goal of inventing a new creation for humanity. The Founding fathers have 3 basic outlines created for potential products to begin this process.
There will most definitely be a 4th option for an entirely new blueprint design, agreed upon by the Who-men founding citizens. All Who-men who provide input, and properly exercise their voting power through this stage of development will be given access to receive co-creator titles for their creation, permanently etching them within the first ever Who-man product in existence.
Once the Who-men have concocted their final design, Illustration begins. With the help of our human allies at CME (Custom Manufacturing, and Engineering), we will illuminate our invention, and bring it to life. Prototyping of our invention will be completed in 3 stages.

As we near the conclusion of prototyping, we will also implement a full-force marketing attack, with the intention of spreading awareness of our creation. Pre-order website will be operational for preorders of the product. All Who-men who travel in concurrency of at least 2, will receive this product as a gift (shipping included). This gift will be modified as a limited edition, and uniquely designated by your number. This will descend into history as the first physical invention created by a Decentralized Autonomous Organization.
The Who-man Civilization will officially launch sales of our first product, and begin distribution. Who-men have access to all assets in the development fund to allocate toward marketing, manufacturing, and distribution of the product. All civilization members who received co-creator titles will be displayed as such on the packaging of the product itself.
